{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-53h-15-306","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 53H-15-306","heading":"Reporting.","body":"(1) The center shall report to the Education Interim Committee and Business and Labor Interim Committee:\n(a) before July 1 of each year regarding the center's:\n(i) research and service priorities for the year;\n(ii) completed research from the previous year; and\n(iii) activities and accomplishments in the previous year; and\n(b) before December 1 of each year, the center's ongoing data research and service priority list described in Subsection 53H-15-303(2).\n(2) The Education Interim Committee shall provide the center ongoing input regarding the center's activities and data research priorities.","path":["Title 53H Higher Education","Chapter 53H-15 Utah Data Research Center","Part 53H-15-3 Data Research Program"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title53H/Chapter15/53H-15-S306.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"c4be6605f91db008c21e670a97a2fb1263b72b4136eca97ea1fbee3e348aeb79","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-53h-15-305","next":"us-ut/utah-code-53h-16-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
