{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-53h-4-306.2","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 53H-4-306.2","heading":"Electrification of Transportation Infrastructure Research Center -- Designation -- Duties.","body":"(1) The ASPIRE Engineering Research Center at Utah State University is designated as the lead research center to coordinate and lead the initiative described in Sections 53H-4-306.1 through 53H-4-306.6.\n(2) The research center shall:\n(a) direct and carry out the mission of the initiative;\n(b) appoint a project director to oversee the initiative; and\n(c) provide administrative and staff support to the steering committee and industry advisory board.\n(3) The project director shall:\n(a) oversee the operations of the initiative; and\n(b) propose to the steering committee the expenditure of funds appropriated by the Legislature to carry out the duties under Sections 53H-4-306.1 through 53H-4-306.6.","path":["Title 53H Higher Education","Chapter 53H-4 Individual Institutions","Part 53H-4-3 Utah State University"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title53H/Chapter4/53H-4-S306.2.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"8db511577c46f864381fb22906d484966054a5f1deca16e55fcc26b2dcb89ae8","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-53h-4-306.1","next":"us-ut/utah-code-53h-4-306.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
