{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-53h-4-316","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 53H-4-316","heading":"Uintah Basin Air Quality Research Project.","body":"(1) There is created the Uintah Basin Air Quality Research Project to study ozone formation in the Uintah Basin.\n(2) The Utah State University Bingham Entrepreneurship and Energy Research Center shall:\n(a) conduct the Uintah Basin Air Quality Research Project by:\n(i) developing and improving computer models to simulate ozone formation and determine the cause of ozone formation;\n(ii) measuring pollutants in the ambient air to:\n(A) track how emissions are changing over time; and\n(B) verify the accuracy of computer models; and\n(iii) characterizing pollutant emissions from various sources; and\n(b) annually report to the Natural Resources, Agriculture, and Environment Interim Committee on the results of the research described in Subsection (2)(a) by no later than November 30 of each year.","path":["Title 53H Higher Education","Chapter 53H-4 Individual Institutions","Part 53H-4-3 Utah State University"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title53H/Chapter4/53H-4-S316.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"f725d5ad261db0011309b18df011433260fc7469e424c4740b407dbbd0387f7c","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-53h-4-315","next":"us-ut/utah-code-53h-4-317"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
