{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-53h-4-317","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 53H-4-317","heading":"Federal funds contingency planning dashboard.","body":"(1) As used in this section:\n(a) \"Center\" means the Analytics Solutions Center at the Utah State University Jon M. Huntsman School of Business.\n(b) \"Federalism Commission\" means the Federalism Commission created in Section 63C-4a-302.\n(2) In consultation with the Federalism Commission and subject to legislative appropriation, the center shall:\n(a) create and maintain a digital dashboard that visualizes the risk of federal funds reductions and the state's dependency on federal funds;\n(b) ensure that the dashboard is publicly available, user-friendly, and dynamic;\n(c) identify, curate, clean, and securely warehouse funding data relevant to creating and maintaining the dashboard;\n(d) continuously monitor and update the dashboard's data and functionality to ensure accuracy and compliance with this section;\n(e) model economic scenarios to help the state plan for potential reductions in federal funds; and\n(f) upon request, report to the Federalism Commission regarding the duties described in this section.","path":["Title 53H Higher Education","Chapter 53H-4 Individual Institutions","Part 53H-4-3 Utah State University"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title53H/Chapter4/53H-4-S317.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"21625f526c6b258da0c0789d8dee635261b5c770d9bb9baa27f99cb9e310f612","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-53h-4-316","next":"us-ut/utah-code-53h-4-318"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
