{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-53h-5-205","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 53H-5-205","heading":"Reporting requirements.","body":"(1) The advisory board, through the director and the advisory board chair, shall provide by no later than July 1 of each year, a written report to the president of the University of Utah, the president of Weber State University, and the Education Interim Committee.\n(2) The report required under Subsection (1) shall:\n(a) summarize the center's activities and accomplishments in the immediate proceeding calendar year; and\n(b) provide information and the advisory board's advice and recommendations on how the state, university, and the center can:\n(i) improve workplace health and safety; and\n(ii) contribute to economic growth and development in Utah and the surrounding region.","path":["Title 53H Higher Education","Chapter 53H-5 Multi-Institution Programs and Initiatives","Part 53H-5-2 Rocky Mountain Center for Occupational and Environmental Health"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title53H/Chapter5/53H-5-S205.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"830c199cfd4b3826dc415990cc4562dec5b1b1d5941342da794270b6c4c0ca71","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-53h-5-204","next":"us-ut/utah-code-53h-5-301"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
