{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-54-17-909","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 54-17-909","heading":"Commission rulemaking authority.","body":"In accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, the commission shall adopt rules to implement this part, including:\n(1) establishing the initial opt-out period;\n(2) the terms and conditions of the agreement under Section 54-17-903;\n(3) the content and filing of an application under Section 54-17-904;\n(4) the notice requirements under Section 54-17-905;\n(5) the standards for determining when a termination charge is applicable and the amount and timing of a termination charge under Subsection 54-17-905(3);\n(6) the content and filing requirements for the annual filing under Subsection 54-17-907(2);\n(7) the solicitation requirements under Section 54-17-908; and\n(8) any other requirements determined by the commission necessary to protect the public interest and to implement this part.","path":["Title 54 Public Utilities","Chapter 54-17 Energy Resource Procurement Act","Part 54-17-9 Community Renewable Energy Act"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title54/Chapter17/54-17-S909.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"8490d55b077ad041865fddfcd491b630fca9bdf7655b8ce14b09383a12047162","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-54-17-908","next":"us-ut/utah-code-54-17-1001"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
