{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-54-21-210","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 54-21-210","heading":"Damage and repair.","body":"(1) If a wireless provider's activity causes damage to a right-of-way, the wireless provider shall repair the right-of-way to substantially the same condition as before the damage.\n(2) If a wireless provider fails to make a repair required by an authority under Subsection (1) within a reasonable time after written notice, the authority may:\n(a) make the required repair; and\n(b) charge the wireless provider the reasonable, documented, actual cost for the repair.\n(3) If the damage described in Subsection (1) causes an urgent safety hazard, an authority may:\n(a) immediately make the necessary repair; and\n(b) charge the wireless provider the reasonable, documented, actual cost for the repair.","path":["Title 54 Public Utilities","Chapter 54-21 Small Wireless Facilities Deployment Act","Part 54-21-2 Use of Right-of-way for Small Wireless Facilities and Utility Poles"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title54/Chapter21/54-21-S210.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"21b28916757b3364f0f939c1d0ff20e353927628563751ae31306bf137e9cd27","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-54-21-209","next":"us-ut/utah-code-54-21-301"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
