{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-54-8c-3","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 54-8c-3","heading":"Information filed with county clerk.","body":"(1) A public utility shall file with the county clerk of each county in which it has high voltage overhead lines a list containing:\n(a) the name of the public utility owning the high voltage overhead lines;\n(b) the name of any municipality, city, or town where the public utility operates high voltage overhead lines; and\n(c) the name, title, and address of its representative designated to receive calls for activity close to its high voltage overhead lines.\n(2) In counties where an association provided in Section 54-8c-6 is established, the telephone number of the association shall be filed with the county clerk on behalf of all participating public utilities.","path":["Title 54 Public Utilities","Chapter 54-8c High Voltage Overhead Lines"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title54/Chapter8c/54-8c-S3.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"d0b0829ba182e57ccbda1aa68ab34e6424e7872563957e4df6bb85d61960825b","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-54-8c-2","next":"us-ut/utah-code-54-8c-4"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
