{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-57-24-102","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 57-24-102","heading":"Restriction on prohibition of display of flag.","body":"(1) A residential property management authority may not prohibit a resident from displaying a flag:\n(a) consistent with the guidelines in United States Code Title 4, Chapter 1, The Flag;\n(b) within an area over which the resident has exclusive control; and\n(c) from a staff, pole, or window.\n(2) In any action to enforce this section, the prevailing party shall be awarded costs and reasonable attorney fees.\n(3) This section does not apply to a contract or agreement entered into before May 3, 2004.","path":["Title 57 Real Estate","Chapter 57-24 Display of Flag"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title57/Chapter24/57-24-S102.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"557c0de1e83da904a36c78da6437cc7915d6a9b5cc5ed2dda5a4e035feb5ce6b","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-57-24-101","next":"us-ut/utah-code-57-25-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
