{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-57-25-107","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 57-25-107","heading":"Notice.","body":"(1) A copy of an environmental covenant shall be provided by the persons and in the manner required by the agency to:\n(a) each person that signed the covenant;\n(b) each person holding a recorded interest in the real property subject to the covenant;\n(c) each person in possession of the real property subject to the covenant;\n(d) each municipality or other unit of local government in which real property subject to the covenant is located; and\n(e) any other person that the agency requires.\n(2) The validity of a covenant is not affected by failure to provide a copy of the covenant as required under this section.","path":["Title 57 Real Estate","Chapter 57-25 Uniform Environmental Covenants Act"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title57/Chapter25/57-25-S107.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"004a2ebead42bb196344a9c88836db54117b86f9af4c0f7c1e793c4f3916201c","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-57-25-106","next":"us-ut/utah-code-57-25-108"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
