{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-58-15-201","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 58-15-201","heading":"Health Facility Administrators Licensing Board.","body":"(1) There is created a Health Facility Administrators Licensing Board consisting of:\n(a) one administrator from a skilled nursing facility;\n(b) two administrators from intermediate care facilities;\n(c) one administrator from an intermediate care facility for people with an intellectual disability; and\n(d) one member from the general public.\n(2) The board shall be appointed and serve in accordance with Section 58-1-201.\n(3)\n(a) The duties and responsibilities of the board shall be in accordance with Sections 58-1-202 and 58-1-203.\n(b) The board, in collaboration with the division, may establish continuing education requirements by rule.\n(c) Board members may not receive compensation for their involvement in continuing education programs.","path":["Title 58 Occupations and Professions","Chapter 58-15 Health Facility Administrator Act","Part 58-15-2 Board"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title58/Chapter15/58-15-S201.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"c786d012dfa37de66659a44dcc4f3cc94241827c01118828b3679fda06f64de7","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-58-15-101","next":"us-ut/utah-code-58-15-301"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
