{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-58-31b-304","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 58-31b-304","heading":"Qualifications for admission to the examinations.","body":"(1) To be admitted to the examinations required for certification as a medication aide certified, an individual shall:\n(a) submit an application on a form the division approves;\n(b) pay a fee as determined by the division under Section 63J-1-504; and\n(c) meet all requirements of Subsection 58-31b-302(3)(a), except Subsection (3)(a)(ix).\n(2) To be admitted to the examinations required for licensure as a practical nurse, an individual shall:\n(a) submit an application on a form the division approves;\n(b) pay a fee as determined by the division under Section 63J-1-504; and\n(c) meet all requirements of Subsection 58-31b-302(4)(a), except Subsection (4)(a)(vi).\n(3) To be admitted to the examinations required for licensure as a registered nurse, an individual shall:\n(a) submit an application on a form the division approves;\n(b) pay a fee as determined by the division under Section 63J-1-504; and\n(c) meet all the requirements of Subsection 58-31b-302(5)(a), except Subsection(5)(a)(vi).","path":["Title 58 Occupations and Professions","Chapter 58-31b Nurse Practice Act","Part 58-31b-3 Licensing"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title58/Chapter31b/58-31b-S304.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"12d44d47d5a7ad5dc120342f95d6e0a8ec4fb01c9767f32bb4994926c2dc2b71","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-58-31b-303","next":"us-ut/utah-code-58-31b-305"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
