{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-58-31b-802","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 58-31b-802","heading":"Consumer access to provider charges.","body":"Beginning January 1, 2011, a nurse whose license under this chapter authorizes independent practice shall, when requested by a consumer:\n(1) make a list of prices charged by the nurse available for the consumer which includes the nurse's 25 most frequently performed:\n(a) clinic procedures or clinic services;\n(b) out-patient procedures; and\n(c) in-patient procedures; and\n(2) provide the consumer with information regarding any discount available for:\n(a) services not covered by insurance; or\n(b) prompt payment of billed charges.","path":["Title 58 Occupations and Professions","Chapter 58-31b Nurse Practice Act","Part 58-31b-8 Practice Standards"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title58/Chapter31b/58-31b-S802.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"a4f9349964aaee7d2d43a3cefd2154819de0bb61611c152d736a31c99bf8011b","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-58-31b-801","next":"us-ut/utah-code-58-31b-803"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
