{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-58-31d-102","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 58-31d-102","heading":"Division rulemaking.","body":"(1) The division shall make rules in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, to implement Section 58-31d-101.\n(2) For purposes of Section 58-31d-101, \"role\" as defined in Article II(17) includes an individual who is:\n(a) licensed to practice under Subsections 58-31b-301(2)(a) through (c); or\n(b) licensed to practice under Section 58-44a-301.\n(3) Notwithstanding any provision in Section 58-31d-101, Section 58-31d-101 does not supersede state law related to an individual's scope of practice under this title.\n(4) Once the compact comes into effect as described in Section 58-31d-101, Article X(1), the division shall provide a notice that the compact is in effect:\n(a) to an individual licensed under:\n(i) Subsection 58-31b-301(2)(d) or (e);\n(ii) Section 58-44a-301; and\n(b) to the Health and Human Services Interim Committee; and\n(c) on the division's website with information for potential applicants.","path":["Title 58 Occupations and Professions","Chapter 58-31d Advanced Practice Registered Nurse Compact"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title58/Chapter31d/58-31d-S102.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"cf8850029b427c3d81b5bb0a228f1c65e4cc00ec791c7e34ad0e988bd5945cbd","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-58-31d-101","next":"us-ut/utah-code-58-31e-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
