{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-58-37-110","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 58-37-110","heading":"Recognized controlled substance analogs.","body":"(1) A substance listed under Subsection (2) is an analog, as defined in Subsection 58-37-101(1)(f), if the substance, in any quantity, and in any material, compound, mixture, or preparation, is present in:\n(a) any product manufactured, distributed, or possessed for the purpose of human consumption; or\n(b) any product, the use or administration of which results in human consumption.\n(2) Substances referred to in Subsection (1) include, but are not limited to:\n(a) gamma butyrolactone (GBL);\n(b) butyrolactone;\n(c) 1,2 butanolide;\n(d) 2-oxanolone;\n(e) tetrahydro-2-furanone;\n(f) dihydro-2 (3H)-furanone;\n(g) tetramethylene glycol;\n(h) 1,4 butanediol; and\n(i) gamma valerolactone.","path":["Title 58 Occupations and Professions","Chapter 58-37 Controlled Substances","Part 58-37-1 General Provisions"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title58/Chapter37/58-37-S110.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"9a53975450462ddd711fcdfcf28324dc3c7f1573b4c1f5978ab1957923acbd3d","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-58-37-109","next":"us-ut/utah-code-58-37-111"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
