{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-58-41-304","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 58-41-304","heading":"Temporary licenses.","body":"(1) The division may issue a temporary audiology license to an applicant who:\n(a) obtains a master's or doctorate degree in audiology before July 1, 2010, or obtains a clinical doctorate degree in audiology after June 30, 2010; and\n(b) is practicing audiology for a year of clinical fellowship that the division approves.\n(2) The division may issue a temporary speech-language pathology license to an applicant who:\n(a) completes all requirements for licensure as a speech-language pathologist, except for Subsection 58-41-301(5)(c)(ii)(A); and\n(b) is practicing speech-language pathology for a year of clinical fellowship.\n(3) A temporary license is valid for up to 12 months from the day after the day on which the division issues the temporary license.","path":["Title 58 Occupations and Professions","Chapter 58-41 Speech-Language Pathology And Audiology Licensing Act","Part 58-41-3 Licensure"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title58/Chapter41/58-41-S304.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"773f6c33bf9a425e1a255c411e635ab791830871b404d87acc75532a9450c7a9","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-58-41-303","next":"us-ut/utah-code-58-41-305"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
