{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-58-47b-303.1","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 58-47b-303.1","heading":"Term of registration -- Expiration -- Renewal -- Massage establishments.","body":"(1)\n(a) Except as provided in Subsection (3), the division shall issue a registration under this chapter in accordance with a two-year renewal cycle.\n(b) The division may extend or shorten a renewal period by as much as one year to maintain established renewal cycles or to change an established renewal cycle.\n(2) A registration automatically expires on the expiration date shown on the registration unless the registered massage establishment renews.\n(3) At the time of renewal, a registered massage establishment shall:\n(a) complete and submit an application for renewal in the form the division approves; and\n(b) pay a renewal fee established by the department under Section 63J-1-504.","path":["Title 58 Occupations and Professions","Chapter 58-47b Massage Therapy Practice Act","Part 58-47b-3 Licensing"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title58/Chapter47b/58-47b-S303.1.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"51f15a2191c6e935ade548fad7a694432b5e1a677a028edfc3fe6c46967de452","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-58-47b-303","next":"us-ut/utah-code-58-47b-304"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
