{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-58-57-102","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 58-57-102","heading":"Board created -- Membership -- Duties.","body":"(1) There is created a five-member Respiratory Care Licensing Board consisting of the following individuals:\n(a) one physician who is a member of either the American Society of Anesthesiologists, the American College of Chest Physicians, the American Thoracic Society, or the American Academy of Pediatrics;\n(b) three licensed respiratory care practitioners who have practiced respiratory care for a period of not less than three years immediately before appointment to the board; and\n(c) one member from the general public.\n(2) The executive director shall appoint the members of the board and the members shall serve in accordance with Section 58-1-201.\n(3) The board shall perform the board's duties and responsibilities as provided in Sections 58-1-202 and 58-1-203.","path":["Title 58 Occupations and Professions","Chapter 58-57 Respiratory Care Practices Act"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title58/Chapter57/58-57-S102.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"d3ab04d0d543987ef84d8a5934500a15bfe78f213924a9abbd5628560cf233dc","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-58-57-101","next":"us-ut/utah-code-58-57-103"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
