{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-58-61-714","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 58-61-714","heading":"Third party payment for licensed behavior analyst.","body":"Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 31A-22-618, payment from third party payers for behavior analysis may be limited to:\n(1) a licensed behavior analyst as defined in Section 58-61-702; and\n(2) the following, working within the scope of their practice:\n(a) a physician licensed under Chapter 67, Utah Medical Practice Act or Chapter 68, Utah Osteopathic Medical Practice Act;\n(b) an advanced practice registered nurse licensed under Chapter 31b, Nurse Practice Act;\n(c) a psychologist licensed under this chapter;\n(d) a clinical social worker licensed under Chapter 60, Part 2, Social Worker Licensing Act;\n(e) a marriage and family therapist licensed under Chapter 60, Part 3, Marriage and Family Therapist Licensing Act; and\n(f) a clinical mental health counselor licensed under Chapter 60, Part 4, Clinical Mental Health Counselor Licensing Act.","path":["Title 58 Occupations and Professions","Chapter 58-61 Psychologist Licensing Act","Part 58-61-7 Behavior Analyst Licensing Act"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title58/Chapter61/58-61-S714.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"549e298a6cf1fce2c054c22f31ec59cea2c57155b764fff239ba8dd6cf1a5cb9","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-58-61-713","next":"us-ut/utah-code-58-61b-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
