{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-58-67-804","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 58-67-804","heading":"Consumer access to provider charges.","body":"Beginning January 1, 2011, a physician licensed under this chapter shall, when requested by a consumer:\n(1) make a list of prices charged by the physician available for the consumer which includes the physician's 25 most frequently performed:\n(a) clinic procedures or clinic services;\n(b) out-patient procedures; and\n(c) in-patient procedures; and\n(2) provide the consumer with information regarding any discount available for:\n(a) services not covered by insurance; or\n(b) prompt payment of billed charges.","path":["Title 58 Occupations and Professions","Chapter 58-67 Utah Medical Practice Act","Part 58-67-8 Practice Standards"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title58/Chapter67/58-67-S804.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"d92a23fc32eb8b721208df695a9e304120ac553ca70451c56d8c5604ad730b7d","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-58-67-803","next":"us-ut/utah-code-58-67-805"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
