{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-58-69-806","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 58-69-806","heading":"Consumer access to provider charges.","body":"Beginning January 1, 2011, a dentist licensed under this chapter shall, when requested by a consumer:\n(1) make a list of prices charged by the dentist available for the consumer which includes the dentist's 25 most frequently performed:\n(a) clinic procedures or clinic services;\n(b) out-patient procedures; and\n(c) in-patient procedures; and\n(2) provide the consumer with information regarding any discount available for:\n(a) services not covered by insurance; or\n(b) prompt payment of billed charges.","path":["Title 58 Occupations and Professions","Chapter 58-69 Dentist and Dental Hygienist Practice Act","Part 58-69-8 Practice Standards"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title58/Chapter69/58-69-S806.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"e6017fb450a5133ca3db560dea2067767ae7509eff98e66e460c87b75cd7527f","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-58-69-805","next":"us-ut/utah-code-58-69-807"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
