{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-58-71-304.2","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 58-71-304.2","heading":"Temporary license.","body":"(1) The division may issue a temporary license to an individual who:\n(a) meets all qualifications for licensure except completion of the 12 month clinical experience required under Section 58-71-302; and\n(b) presents a plan acceptable to the division under which the applicant will practice under the direct supervision of a licensed naturopathic physician, physician and surgeon, or osteopathic physician, who supervises not more than three naturopathic physicians in an approved clinical experience program.\n(2) A temporary license issued under this section expires on the date the licensee completes the clinical experience program, but not more than 18 months from the original date of issue.\n(3) A temporary license under this section may be issued only once to an individual.","path":["Title 58 Occupations and Professions","Chapter 58-71 Naturopathic Physician Practice Act","Part 58-71-3 Licensing"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title58/Chapter71/58-71-S304.2.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"f1332ae1fdc1ad50bced6983aaa10b4fac6864a4ede90219dff40c6e87a6d80e","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-58-71-304","next":"us-ut/utah-code-58-71-305"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
