{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-58-73-303","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 58-73-303","heading":"Terms of license -- Expiration -- Renewal.","body":"(1)\n(a) The division shall issue each license under this chapter in accordance with a two-year renewal cycle established by rule.\n(b) The division may by rule extend or shorten a renewal period by as much as one year to stagger the renewal cycles it administers.\n(2) At the time of renewal, the licensee shall show satisfactory evidence of completion of continuing education as defined by rule.\n(3) Each license expires on the expiration date shown on the license unless the licensee renews it in accordance with Section 58-1-308.","path":["Title 58 Occupations and Professions","Chapter 58-73 Chiropractic Physician Practice Act","Part 58-73-3 Licensure"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title58/Chapter73/58-73-S303.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"f2c36ca1af57c97db2a0a0953490cf39e0e15bca1317f9650b07c80535d25e52","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-58-73-302","next":"us-ut/utah-code-58-73-304"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
