{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-58-86-203","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 58-86-203","heading":"Term of state certification -- Expiration -- Renewal.","body":"(1)\n(a) The division shall grant state certification under this chapter in accordance with a two-year renewal cycle established by rule.\n(b) The division may by rule extend or shorten a renewal period by as much as one year to stagger the renewal cycles it administers.\n(2) At the time of renewal, an applicant for renewal shall:\n(a) submit an application in a form prescribed by the division;\n(b) pay a fee determined by the department under Section 63J-1-504; and\n(c) provide satisfactory evidence of having completed the continuing education requirements described in Section 58-86-204.","path":["Title 58 Occupations and Professions","Chapter 58-86 State Certification of Commercial Interior Designers Act","Part 58-86-2 State Certification"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title58/Chapter86/58-86-S203.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"87c44418acdbca7aae6df1ea9d59462c20f9e35038f4bd42a76257e9f71a0f2b","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-58-86-202","next":"us-ut/utah-code-58-86-204"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
