{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-58-88-205","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 58-88-205","heading":"Operating standards -- Rulemaking.","body":"(1) The division shall make rules in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, regarding the operating standards for a licensed dispensing practice licensed under this part which shall include, but is not limited to, standards for:\n(a) security;\n(b) labeling;\n(c) storage;\n(d) supervision;\n(e) inventory control; and\n(f) patient counseling.\n(2) The division may designate individual medications and classes of medications that may not be dispensed at a licensed dispensing practice under this chapter.\n(3) When making rules under this part, the division shall consult with a group consisting of:\n(a) two members of the Medical Licensing Board created in Section 58-67-201; and\n(b) two members of the Utah State Board of Pharmacy created in Section 58-17b-201.","path":["Title 58 Occupations and Professions","Chapter 58-88 General Health Professions","Part 58-88-2 Dispensing Practice"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title58/Chapter88/58-88-S205.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"d3820fa7bb65172ccdce8d9f49d9c76719a146891da002ae600fcbe6e5c0c331","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-58-88-204","next":"us-ut/utah-code-58-89-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
