{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-58-93-308","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 58-93-308","heading":"Qualification credit for specified training.","body":"The division may adopt rules in collaboration with the board, and in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 3, Utah Administrative Rulemaking Act, that exempt an applicant from meeting all or a portion of the training requirements of Section 58-93-306 or the experience requirements of Section 58-93-307 for licensure if the applicant:\n(1) holds a criminal justice bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university;\n(2) is certified to have successfully completed the state Peace Officers Standards and Training basic training course provided under Section 53-6-202; or\n(3) provides adequate proof of having successfully completed a training or experience substantially similar to the training and experience required under Section 58-93-306 or 58-93-307.","path":["Title 58 Occupations and Professions","Chapter 58-93 Bail Bond Licensing Act","Part 58-93-3 Licensing"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title58/Chapter93/58-93-S308.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"fe5291766e5292e5711c2819757a5841a46e1d1439efbbb8df741361378096a3","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-58-93-307","next":"us-ut/utah-code-58-93-309"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
