{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-59-10-1312","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 59-10-1312","heading":"Election Campaign Fund -- Creation -- Funding for account -- Disbursement and distribution -- State treasurer requirement to provide a list of contributions designated to each political party.","body":"(1)\n(a) As used in this section, \"fund\" means the Election Campaign Fund created by this section.\n(b) There is created a custodial fund known as the \"Election Campaign Fund.\"\n(c) The fund shall consist of all amounts deposited to the fund in accordance with Section 59-10-1311.\n(2) On or before four months after the due date for filing a return required by this chapter in which a contribution is made in accordance with Section 59-10-1311, the state treasurer shall:\n(a) disburse that portion of the amounts deposited in the fund since the last disbursement:\n(i) that are designated for a political party; and\n(ii) to the political party to which the amounts are designated; and\n(b) provide to the political party described in Subsection (2)(a)(ii) a list disclosing, for each county, the total amount designated by resident or nonresident individuals, other than nonresident aliens, in that county.","path":["Title 59 Revenue and Taxation","Chapter 59-10 Individual Income Tax Act","Part 59-10-13 Individual Income Tax Contribution Act"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title59/Chapter10/59-10-S1312.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"9d91dc6c01c9c4ac8f3a470571d59ced14754baa4116dfb1e9d63f418139ff85","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-59-10-1311","next":"us-ut/utah-code-59-10-1313"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
