{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-59-14-706","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 59-14-706","heading":"Revocation of certification -- Denial of certification or revocation of certification appeal procedures -- Removal of cigarette rolling machine from premises.","body":"(1) In addition to the penalties provided under this title, the commission shall revoke the certification of a cigarette rolling machine operator if the cigarette rolling machine operator violates this part.\n(2) The following are subject to review in accordance with Title 63G, Chapter 4, Administrative Procedures Act:\n(a) the commission's denial of certification or denial of renewal of certification under Section 59-14-703; or\n(b) the commission's revocation of certification under this section.\n(3) If the commission revokes the certification of a cigarette rolling machine operator:\n(a) the commission shall send written notice of the revocation to the cigarette rolling machine operator; and\n(b) the cigarette rolling machine operator:\n(i) may not use the cigarette rolling machine or make or offer to make the cigarette rolling machine available for use; and\n(ii) no later than 10 days after the date the commission sends the written notice described in Subsection (3)(a), shall remove the cigarette rolling machine from the cigarette rolling machine operator's premises.","path":["Title 59 Revenue and Taxation","Chapter 59-14 Cigarette and Tobacco Tax and Licensing Act","Part 59-14-7 Cigarette Rolling Machine Operators Act"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title59/Chapter14/59-14-S706.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"eedf27df2556e367a667ba9ee5f9328dcd0c5cf8aac3c537d2629100a460ee39","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-59-14-705","next":"us-ut/utah-code-59-14-707"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
