{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63a-15-603","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63A-15-603","heading":"Meeting of the commission to review a complaint -- Procedures.","body":"By no later than 10 calendar days after the day on which a complaint is accepted under Section 63A-15-602 for further review, the commission chair shall:\n(1) schedule a commission meeting on a date no later than 60 calendar days after the date on which the commission votes to forward a complaint for final determination in accordance with Section 63A-15-602;\n(2) place the complaint on the agenda for consideration at the meeting described in Subsection (1);\n(3) provide notice of the date, time, and location of the meeting:\n(a) to:\n(i) the members of the commission;\n(ii) the first complainant named in the complaint; and\n(iii) the respondent; and\n(b) in accordance with Section 52-4-202; and\n(4) provide a copy of the complaint or redacted complaint, as required in Section 63A-15-602, to each member of the commission.","path":["Title 63A Utah Government Operations Code","Chapter 63A-15 Political Subdivisions Ethics Review Commission","Part 63A-15-6 Review of Complaint"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63A/Chapter15/63A-15-S603.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"e6fe1ca01d63975845e9d32de85688d8f96396945ef772c1f92af260edb8700e","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63a-15-602","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63a-15-604"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
