{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63a-16-804","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63A-16-804","heading":"Report.","body":"(1) The division shall report to the Government Operations Interim Committee before November 30 of each year regarding:\n(a) the progress the division has made in developing the single sign-on business portal and the single sign-on citizen portal and, once that development is complete, regarding the operation of the single sign-on business portal and the single sign-on citizen portal;\n(b) the division's goals and plan for each of the next five years to fulfill the division's responsibilities described in this part; and\n(c) whether the division recommends any change to the single sign-on fee being charged under Section 13-1-2.\n(2) The Government Operations Interim Committee shall annually:\n(a) review the single sign-on fee being charged under Section 13-1-2;\n(b) determine whether the revenue from the single sign-on fee is adequate for designing and developing and then, once developed, operating and maintaining the single sign-on web portal; and\n(c) make any recommendation to the Legislature that the committee considers appropriate concerning:\n(i) the single sign-on fee; and\n(ii) the development or operation of the single sign-on business portal and the single sign-on citizen portal.","path":["Title 63A Utah Government Operations Code","Chapter 63A-16 Governance Of Technology","Part 63A-16-8 Single Sign-on Portal"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63A/Chapter16/63A-16-S804.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"c37e628ad5800cb7cf27cbfeb90279aa05488fa1eff18895d3dd28925fa9ed95","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63a-16-803","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63a-16-901"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
