{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63a-17-707","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63A-17-707","heading":"Complaints.","body":"(1) A complaint against an administrative law judge shall be filed with the division.\n(2) Upon receipt of a complaint, the division shall conduct an investigation.\n(3) If the division's investigation determines that the complaint is frivolous or without merit, it may dismiss it without further action.
