{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63a-3-205","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63A-3-205","heading":"Revolving loan funds -- Standards and procedures.","body":"(1) As used in this section, \"revolving loan fund\" means:\n(a) the Water Resources Conservation and Development Fund, created in Section 73-10-24;\n(b) the Water Resources Construction Fund, created in Section 73-10-8;\n(c) the Clean Fuel Conversion Funds, created in Title 19, Chapter 1, Part 4, Clean Fuels and Emission Reduction Technology Program Act;\n(d) the Water Development Security Fund and the Water Development Security Fund's subaccounts, created in Section 73-10c-5;\n(e) the Agriculture Resource Development Fund, created in Section 4-18-106;\n(f) the Utah Rural Rehabilitation Fund, created in Section 4-19-105;\n(g) the Permanent Community Impact Fund, created in Section 63N-24-503;\n(h) the Petroleum Storage Tank Fund, created in Section 19-6-409;\n(i) the Uintah Basin Revitalization Fund, created in Section 63N-24-602;\n(j) the Navajo Revitalization Fund, created in Section 63N-24-703; and\n(k) the Energy Efficiency Fund, created in Section 11-45-201.\n(2) The division shall for each revolving loan fund make rules establishing standards and procedures governing:\n(a) payment schedules and due dates;\n(b) interest rate effective dates;\n(c) loan documentation requirements; and\n(d) interest rate calculation requirements.","path":["Title 63A Utah Government Operations Code","Chapter 63A-3 Division of Finance","Part 63A-3-2 Accounting System"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63A/Chapter3/63A-3-S205.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"276bd9e99411fc1e8331d1814723736e0b55dfbf5f07723df8a59f6cfe3dd3c9","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63a-3-204","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63a-3-301"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
