{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63a-3-402","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63A-3-402","heading":"Infrastructure funds established -- Purpose of funds -- Use of money in funds.","body":"(1) There are created, as enterprise revolving loan funds:\n(a) the inland port infrastructure revolving loan fund;\n(b) the point of the mountain infrastructure revolving loan fund;\n(c) the fairpark area development revolving loan fund; and\n(d) the military development infrastructure revolving loan fund.\n(2) The purpose of each infrastructure fund is to provide funding, through infrastructure loans, for infrastructure projects undertaken by a borrower.\n(3)\n(a) Money in an infrastructure fund may be used only to provide loans for infrastructure projects.\n(b) The division may not loan money in an infrastructure fund without the approval of:\n(i) the respective loan approval body; and\n(ii) the Executive Appropriations Committee of the Legislature, for a loan from the inland port fund, the point of the mountain fund, or the fairpark area development fund.","path":["Title 63A Utah Government Operations Code","Chapter 63A-3 Division of Finance","Part 63A-3-4 Infrastructure Revolving Loan Funds"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63A/Chapter3/63A-3-S402.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"fbbf79b46246e73f536a0175e3b7b1eab5689cddd5b1889af6432a8989046a39","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63a-3-401.5","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63a-3-403"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
