{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63a-5b-905","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63A-5b-905","heading":"Notice required before division may effect a transfer of ownership or lease of division-owned property for less than fair market value.","body":"(1) Before the division may effect a transfer of ownership or lease of vacant division-owned property for less than fair market value, the division shall give notice as provided in Subsection (2).\n(2) A notice required under Subsection (1) shall:\n(a) identify and describe the vacant division-owned property;\n(b) indicate the availability of the vacant division-owned property;\n(c) invite persons interested in the vacant division-owned property to submit a written proposal to the division;\n(d) indicate the deadline for submitting a written proposal;\n(e) be posted on the division's website for at least 60 consecutive days before the deadline for submitting a written proposal, in a location specifically designated for notices dealing with vacant division-owned property;\n(f) be posted on the Utah Public Notice Website created in Section 63A-16-601 for at least 60 consecutive days before the deadline for submitting a written proposal; and\n(g) be sent by email to each person who has previously submitted to the division a written request to receive notices under this section.","path":["Title 63A Utah Government Operations Code","Chapter 63A-5b Administration of State Facilities","Part 63A-5b-9 Disposal of Division-owned Property"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63A/Chapter5b/63A-5b-S905.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"16b7acdc1c0abe639231e885f8c6e6a50000a5025d8be4c621856397c7f5f6c6","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63a-5b-904","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63a-5b-906"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
