{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63a-5b-910","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63A-5b-910","heading":"Disposition of proceeds received by division from sale of vacant division-owned property.","body":"(1)\n(a) Except as provided in Section 26B-1-331, the division shall pay into the state treasury the money received from the transfer of ownership or lease of vacant division-owned property.\n(b) Money paid into the state treasury under Subsection (1)(a):\n(i) becomes a part of the funds provided by law for carrying out the building program of the state; and\n(ii) is appropriated for the purpose described in Subsection (1)(b)(i).\n(2) Except as described in Subsection 63A-5b-407(7), the proceeds from the transfer of ownership or lease of vacant division-owned property belonging to or used by a particular state agency shall, to the extent practicable, be expended for the construction of buildings or in the performance of other work for the benefit of that state agency.","path":["Title 63A Utah Government Operations Code","Chapter 63A-5b Administration of State Facilities","Part 63A-5b-9 Disposal of Division-owned Property"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63A/Chapter5b/63A-5b-S910.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"b3646dedcbc562db8ea708829945192913ca12715135fb290f6a9cdd579c7570","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63a-5b-909","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63a-5b-911"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
