{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63b-28-101","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63B-28-101","heading":"Revenue bond authorizations -- State Building Ownership Authority.","body":"(1) The Legislature intends that:\n(a) the State Building Ownership Authority, under the authority of Chapter 1, Part 3, State Building Ownership Authority Act, may issue or execute obligations, or may enter into or arrange for a lease-purchase agreement in which participation interests may be created, to provide up to $5,451,800 for a Pleasant Grove or Lehi market area liquor store, together with additional amounts necessary to pay costs of issuance, pay capitalized interest, and fund any existing debt service reserve requirements;\n(b) the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services use sales revenues as the primary revenue source for repayment of any obligation created under authority of this Subsection (1); and\n(c) the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services may request operation and maintenance funding from sales revenues.\n(2) The Legislature intends that:\n(a) the State Building Ownership Authority, under the authority of Chapter 1, Part 3, State Building Ownership Authority Act, may issue or execute obligations, or may enter into or arrange for a lease-purchase agreement in which participation interests may be created, to provide up to $12,859,000 for reconstructing the Store 4: Foothill liquor store, together with additional amounts necessary to pay costs of issuance, pay capitalized interest, and fund any existing debt service reserve requirements;\n(b) the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services use sales revenues as the primary revenue source for repayment of any obligation created under authority of this Subsection (2); and\n(c) the Department of Alcoholic Beverage Services may request operation and maintenance funding from sales revenues.","path":["Title 63B Bonds","Chapter 63B-28 2018 Bonding and Financing Authorizations","Part 63B-28-1 2018 Revenue Bond Authorizations"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63B/Chapter28/63B-28-S101.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"7bcd616a277baa0ac3282294533c5e40445a5faffadeb981a4aab292a83df67f","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63b-27-301","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63b-28-102"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
