{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63b-29-201","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63B-29-201","heading":"Authorization to design and construct capital facilities using institutional or agency funds.","body":"(1) The Legislature intends that:\n(a) Utah State University may, subject to the requirements of Title 63A, Chapter 5b, Administration of State Facilities, use up to $7,700,000 in institutional funds to plan, design, and construct an information technology services building;\n(b) the university may not use state funds for any portion of this project; and\n(c) the university may use state funds for operation and maintenance costs and capital improvements.\n(2) The Legislature intends that:\n(a) Utah State University may, subject to the requirements of Title 63A, Chapter 5b, Administration of State Facilities, use up to $11,000,000 in donations and institutional funds to plan, design, and construct the Moab Academic Building;\n(b) the university may not use state funds for any portion of this project; and\n(c) the university may use state funds for operation and maintenance costs and capital improvements.","path":["Title 63B Bonds","Chapter 63B-29 2019 Bonding and Financing Authorizations","Part 63B-29-2 Capital Facility Design and Construction Authorizations"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63B/Chapter29/63B-29-S201.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:33Z","sha256":"30cd753e22862fe37f8162d2df46215b41680394e5e903ef650d9f5c172d4bad","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63b-29-102","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63b-30-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
