{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63g-1-1001","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63G-1-1001","heading":"Living historic landmarks.","body":"(1) As used in this part, \"living historic landmark\" means a cultural event:\n(a) that is significant to the history, culture, economy, and character of the state;\n(b) that is unique to the state;\n(c) that is first in the nation;\n(d) that has occurred in the state at least annually for no less than 65 years;\n(e) for any designation after May 1, 2024, that is nominated by the Legislative Management Committee for the Legislature's consideration as a living historic landmark; and\n(f) that the Legislature designates as a living historic landmark in Section 63G-1-1002.\n(2) A living historic landmark is not owned or managed by the state.","path":["Title 63G General Government","Chapter 63G-1 State Symbols and Designations","Part 63G-1-10 State Living Historic Landmark"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63G/Chapter1/63G-1-S1001.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"cfb087bafa0e77bd55bef7fcf18b7937a5bb73b006448ebb66c5a7c81f715c56","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63g-1-901","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63g-1-1002"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
