{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63g-14-204","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63G-14-204","heading":"Resident immigrant permit.","body":"(1) The department shall:\n(a) create a resident immigrant permit to be issued to an individual who is a resident immigrant that:\n(i) is of impervious material that is resistant to wear or damage; and\n(ii) minimizes the risk that the permit may be forged, falsified, or counterfeited; and\n(b) ensure that a permit:\n(i) includes a photograph of the individual to whom the permit is issued;\n(ii) prominently states the day on which the permit expires;\n(iii) prominently states the type of permit; and\n(iv) includes a unique identifier.\n(2) The department shall establish the fee under Section 63G-14-202 to be adequate to pay the costs incurred to issue a permit.","path":["Title 63G General Government","Chapter 63G-14 Utah Pilot Sponsored Resident Immigrant Program Act","Part 63G-14-2 Utah Pilot Sponsored Resident Immigrant Program"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63G/Chapter14/63G-14-S204.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"856af1da97e93355232d1b768e1228d8f88fb3a614d4d92f47aa0dc688fad9c2","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63g-14-203","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63g-14-205"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
