{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63g-6a-115","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63G-6a-115","heading":"Clarifying information in a solicitation response.","body":"(1) A procurement unit may at any time make a written request to a vendor to:\n(a) clarify information contained in a responsive solicitation response; or\n(b) provide additional information that the procurement unit determines the procurement unit needs to determine whether the vendor is responsible.\n(2)\n(a) A procurement unit that requests a vendor to clarify or provide additional information under this section shall establish a deadline by which the vendor is required to submit the clarifying or additional information.\n(b) A procurement unit may not allow a vendor to submit clarifying or additional information after the deadline established under Subsection (2)(a).","path":["Title 63G General Government","Chapter 63G-6a Utah Procurement Code","Part 63G-6a-1 General Procurement Provisions"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63G/Chapter6a/63G-6a-S115.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"c775e6f6d99fa7e3e86b6379bf04aa0daa686b06d823ed47aac60cb1d1d2f727","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63g-6a-114","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63g-6a-116"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
