{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63g-6a-1502.5","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63G-6a-1502.5","heading":"Request for statement of qualifications.","body":"(1) A procurement unit may establish criteria in a request for statement of qualifications by which the qualifications of a design professional, as set forth in a statement of qualifications, will be evaluated, including:\n(a) the design professional's work history and experience;\n(b) performance ratings earned by the design professional or references for similar work;\n(c) any quality assurance or quality control plan;\n(d) the quality of the design professional's past work product;\n(e) the time, manner of delivery, and schedule of delivery of the design professional services;\n(f) the design professional's financial solvency;\n(g) any management plan, including key personnel and subconsultants for the project; and\n(h) other project specific criteria that the procurement unit establishes.\n(2) A request for statement of qualifications may not include a request for a price or a cost component for the design professional services.","path":["Title 63G General Government","Chapter 63G-6a Utah Procurement Code","Part 63G-6a-15 Design Professional Services"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63G/Chapter6a/63G-6a-S1502.5.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"e530f6b8605d257a8f201433b9eeced7c76c392aff95a2edb534d74ff8d9c531","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63g-6a-1502","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63g-6a-1503"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
