{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63g-6a-2102","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63G-6a-2102","heading":"Agreements between public entities.","body":"A public entity may enter into an agreement with one or more other public entities to:\n(1) sponsor, conduct, or administer a cooperative agreement for:\n(a) the procurement of a procurement item, in accordance with the requirements of Section 63G-6a-2105; or\n(b) the disposal of a procurement item;\n(2) cooperatively use a procurement item;\n(3) commonly use or share warehousing facilities, capital equipment, and other facilities;\n(4) provide personnel, if the receiving public entity pays the public entity providing the personnel the direct and indirect cost of providing the personnel, in accordance with the agreement; or\n(5) purchase from, contribute to, or otherwise participate in a pooled governmental funds program for the purpose of acquiring or sharing information, data, reports, or other services in accordance with the terms of the agreement.","path":["Title 63G General Government","Chapter 63G-6a Utah Procurement Code","Part 63G-6a-21 Interaction Between Procurement Units"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63G/Chapter6a/63G-6a-S2102.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"c27bd57192b334d423dc822d142c404b2163394bd4c0925ef0c0eeaf7a1a0c2a","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63g-6a-2101","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63g-6a-2103"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
