{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63g-6a-2403","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63G-6a-2403","heading":"Applicability.","body":"(1) This part applies to each public entity.\n(2) A procurement professional is subject to this part at all times during:\n(a) the procurement process; and\n(b) the administration of a contract or grant.\n(3) A contract administration professional is subject to this part at all times during the period the contract administration professional is:\n(a) under contract with a procurement unit; and\n(b) involved in:\n(i) the procurement process; or\n(ii) the administration of a contract or grant.\n(4) This part does not apply to:\n(a) an individual described in Subsection 63G-6a-2402(9)(b);\n(b) any individual other than a procurement professional or contract administration professional; or\n(c) a taxed interlocal entity, as defined in Section 11-13-602, or a director, officer, or employee of a taxed interlocal entity.\n(5) The other subsections of this section do not affect the applicability or effect of any other ethics, bribery, or other law.","path":["Title 63G General Government","Chapter 63G-6a Utah Procurement Code","Part 63G-6a-24 Unlawful Conduct and Penalties"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63G/Chapter6a/63G-6a-S2403.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"7a4ff70df551f2448fc48145ef3594219a7112879426945dfda82812ea521fde","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63g-6a-2402","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63g-6a-2404"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
