{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63g-6a-703","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63G-6a-703","heading":"Request for proposals -- Requirements -- Publication of request.","body":"(1) A procurement unit that intends to award a contract for a procurement item using the request for proposals process shall issue a request for proposals.\n(2) A procurement unit shall include in a request for proposals:\n(a) a description of the procurement item that the procurement unit seeks;\n(b) instructions for submitting a proposal, including the deadline for submitting a proposal;\n(c) the objective criteria, including, if applicable, cost, and subjective criteria that the procurement unit will use to evaluate proposals;\n(d) information about the time and manner of opening proposals; and\n(e) terms and conditions that the procurement unit intends to include in a contract resulting from the request for proposals process.\n(3) A procurement unit shall publish a request for proposals in accordance with the requirements of Section 63G-6a-112.","path":["Title 63G General Government","Chapter 63G-6a Utah Procurement Code","Part 63G-6a-7 Request for Proposals"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63G/Chapter6a/63G-6a-S703.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"9814ac7f66eeaf92b005b1964f8fc834bda9c16edb76b47dbb9a1083a59e58dd","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63g-6a-702","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63g-6a-704"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
