{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63l-8-310","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63L-8-310","heading":"Grazing Land Fund.","body":"(1) There is created an expendable special revenue fund known as the \"Grazing Land Fund.\"\n(2) The fund shall consist of:\n(a) money received from grazing fees, as described in Section 63L-8-402;\n(b) money voluntarily donated or contributed to the fund; and\n(c) interest earned on the fund.\n(3) The DLM may expend money in the fund for:\n(a) on-the-ground range rehabilitation, protection, and improvements on public land that is grazed;\n(b) seeding and reseeding;\n(c) fence construction;\n(d) weed control;\n(e) water development;\n(f) fish and wildlife habitat enhancement;\n(g) wildfire suppression; and\n(h) overhead and direct costs associated with rangeland and grazing management.","path":["Title 63L Lands","Chapter 63L-8 Utah Public Land Management Act","Part 63L-8-3 Administration of the Utah Public Land Management Act"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63L/Chapter8/63L-8-S310.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"94c6d6ffc10249670c8c058af80aab0e16c7dafa4756905f7842a01fcb13aee1","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63l-8-309","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63l-8-311"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
