{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63n-2-510","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63N-2-510","heading":"Report by office -- Posting of report.","body":"(1) The office shall include the following information in the office's annual written report described in Section 63N-1a-306:\n(a) the state's success in attracting new conventions and corresponding new state revenue;\n(b) the estimated amount of convention incentive commitments and the associated calculation made by the office and the period of time over which convention incentives are expected to be paid;\n(c) the economic impact on the state related to generating new state revenue and providing convention incentives; and\n(d) the estimated and actual costs and economic benefits of the convention incentive commitments that the office made.\n(2) Upon the commencement of the construction of a qualified hotel, the office shall send a written notice to the Division of Finance notifying the Division of Finance that construction on the qualified hotel has begun.","path":["Title 63N Economic Opportunity Act","Chapter 63N-2 Tax Credit Incentives for Economic Development","Part 63N-2-5 New Convention Facility Development Incentives"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63N/Chapter2/63N-2-S510.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"8fa02d0be370d1ed8c6a640f7a0fd6624a030145235b445b200598cba5a43e02","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63n-2-509","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63n-2-511"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
