{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63n-20-107","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63N-20-107","heading":"Annual report.","body":"(1) The office shall make a report on UPSTART in accordance with Section 53E-1-201.\n(2) The report shall:\n(a) address the extent to which UPSTART is accomplishing the program's purposes as described in Section 63N-20-102; and\n(b) include the following information:\n(i) the number of families:\n(A) participating in the program;\n(B) who receive computers, tablets, or other electronic or peripheral equipment, and Internet service; and\n(ii) the number of private preschool providers and public preschool providers participating in the program;\n(iii) the frequency of use of the instructional software;\n(iv) obstacles encountered with software usage, hardware, or providing technical assistance to families;\n(v) student performance on entry and exit kindergarten assessments conducted by school districts and charter schools for students who participated in the home-based educational technology program and those who did not participate in the program; and\n(vi) as available, the evaluation of the program conducted pursuant to Section 63N-20-106.","path":["Title 63N Economic Opportunity Act","Chapter 63N-20 Upstart"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63N/Chapter20/63N-20-S107.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"37f813ca598630356dd5692a4c61fe9876ec80cd9de2ffa8039f82eb12eb5989","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63n-20-106","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63n-22-101"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
