{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63n-24-403","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63N-24-403","heading":"Powers, functions, and duties of the board of review.","body":"The board of review shall:\n(1) make, subject to the limitations of the code, allocations of volume cap to issuing authorities;\n(2) determine the amount of volume cap to be allocated with respect to approved applications;\n(3) maintain a record of all applications filed by issuing authorities under Section 63N-24-404 and all certificates of allocation issued under Section 63N-24-406;\n(4) maintain a record of all bonds issued by issuing authorities during each year;\n(5) determine the amount of volume cap to be treated as a carryforward under Section 146(f) of the code and allocate this carryforward to one or more qualified carryforward purposes;\n(6) make available upon reasonable request a certified copy of all or any part of the records maintained by the board of review under this part or a summary of them, including information relating to the volume cap for each year and any amounts available for allocation under this part;\n(7) make rules for the allocation of volume cap under this part; and\n(8) charge reasonable fees for the performance of duties prescribed by this part, including application, filing, and processing fees.","path":["Title 63N Economic Opportunity Act","Chapter 63N-24 Division Of Housing And Community Development","Part 63N-24-4 Private Activity Bonds"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63N/Chapter24/63N-24-S403.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"79a3fd423731a23dd422b5a05dcaae36ba90837b86f9efa5c1816aa5e8217275","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63n-24-402","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63n-24-404"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
