{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63n-24-507","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63N-24-507","heading":"Throughput Infrastructure Fund.","body":"(1) There is created an enterprise fund known as the \"Throughput Infrastructure Fund.\"\n(2) The fund consists of money generated from the following revenue sources:\n(a) amounts transferred to the fund by statute;\n(b) voluntary contributions received;\n(c) appropriations made to the fund by the Legislature;\n(d) the amounts received from the repayment of loans made by the impact board under Section 63N-24-508; and\n(e) interest or other earnings deposited under Subsection (3).\n(3) The state treasurer shall:\n(a) invest the money in the fund in accordance with Title 51, Chapter 7, State Money Management Act; and\n(b) deposit the interest or other earnings into the fund that are received from the investments described in Subsection (3)(a).","path":["Title 63N Economic Opportunity Act","Chapter 63N-24 Division Of Housing And Community Development","Part 63N-24-5 Community Impact Fund"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63N/Chapter24/63N-24-S507.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"a0229913ea765907d47cb7107730ac83013402af1663834be7e5237267549764","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63n-24-506","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63n-24-508"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
