{"data":{"id":"us-ut/utah-code-63n-24-701","jurisdiction":"us-ut","citation":"Utah Code § 63N-24-701","heading":"Definitions.","body":"As used in this part:\n(1) \"Board\" means the Navajo Revitalization Fund Board.\n(2) \"Capital project\" means an expenditure for land, improvements on the land, or equipment intended to have long-term beneficial use.\n(3) \"Division\" means the Division of Housing and Community Development within the Governor's Office of Economic Development.\n(4) \"Eligible entity\" means:\n(a) the Navajo Nation;\n(b) a department or division of the Navajo Nation;\n(c) a Utah Navajo Chapter;\n(d) the Navajo Utah Commission;\n(e) an agency of the state or a political subdivision of the state; or\n(f) a nonprofit corporation.\n(5) \"Navajo Utah Commission\" means the commission created by Resolution IGRJN-134-92 of the Intergovernmental Relations Committee of the Navajo Nation Council.\n(6) \"Revitalization fund\" means the Navajo Revitalization Fund.\n(7) \"Utah Navajo Chapter\" means any of the following chapters of the Navajo Nation:\n(a) Aneth Chapter;\n(b) Dennehotso Chapter;\n(c) Mexican Water Chapter;\n(d) Navajo Mountain Chapter;\n(e) Oljato Chapter;\n(f) Red Mesa Chapter; and\n(g) Teec Nos Pos Chapter.","path":["Title 63N Economic Opportunity Act","Chapter 63N-24 Division Of Housing And Community Development","Part 63N-24-7 Navajo Revitalization Fund"],"source_url":"https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title63N/Chapter24/63N-24-S701.html","current_through":"2026 General Session","vintage":"","retrieved_at":"2026-09-03T11:34:34Z","sha256":"ac515173bba4556020baad45c7f0d52e4e1a2f88c254b099655ab057832305c3","source_id":"us-ut","stale":false,"prev":"us-ut/utah-code-63n-24-606","next":"us-ut/utah-code-63n-24-702"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
